City Year New York is seeking a School Partnerships Director, Diplomas Now.
Position Overview
The School Partnerships Director, Diplomas Now (SPD, DN) is an effective manager and talent developer who can coach staff members who enable corps members to be successful and have a rewarding and effective year of service. The SPD, DN will work closely with Talent Development and Communities in School to ensure the success of the Diplomas Now collaborative in three New York City schools. The SPD, DN will also drive strategy and coach direct reports to develop partnerships at the school house and community level. The SPD, DN will ensure the right conditions and resources are in place for City Year Corps Members to deliver attendance, behavior and course performance interventions for off track students.
